product description
This fully automatic packaging machine is designed to prepare a four-sided sealed pouch-type package to be filled with free-flowing granular products such as sugar, salt and spices such as free-flowing black pepper. With this model, products with self-flowing properties such as sugar, 3-in-1 coffee, salt, black pepper, energy drinks and other medicinal granules can be packaged through precise volumetric cups. The machine is fully electronically controlled; the processing activities are ensured by brushless servo motors and the touch screen administrator interface allows for high precision. Extraordinary variants can be provided according to demand.
All settings of the machine can be made on the PLC and touch screen. With this machine, our customers can achieve very high production outputs. The machine can automatically fill a wide range of special free-flowing granules under aseptic conditions, including white sugar, brown sugar, sweeteners, cinnamon, salt, pepper, various spices, aromatic juices, granulated coffee, free-flowing powders and silica gel bags.
