product description
The stand-up bag filling and sealing machine completes the filling and sealing tasks through a series of automated processes. The specific process includes:
Material preparation: Add the materials to be filled into the material box in advance.
Filling process: The filling and sealing machine will be transported from the material box to the filling valve through high-speed pressure. When the filling container (stand-up bag) is detected, the self-service diving filling will begin.
Sealing operation: After the filling is completed, the sealing machine starts to seal the filling container with the support of the power system and the transmission system, and the product and the filling container are tightly sealed together by heating and pressurizing.
Control system: The entire operation control is performed by the control system in the core part to ensure the uniform efficiency of the sealing and bonding work.
